I was reminded what all the details of moving are like, when we packed up our office recently and hired a mover. It went very smoothly I'm happy to say, especially considering that we emptied the First Bank office on Big Bend that we leased in 2018 when I opened my own brokerage (yes, 7 years already!), moved some of those items to Sovereign Ct, still in the Manchester area, and the rest to Sunset Office Dr in Sunset Hills, a 3-fer, all in one afternoon. And our entire security deposit was returned!
My IT guy was crucial to take equipment down in the morning and have it up and running in the afternoon. My Operations Manager set up the movers and logistics, then helped boxing and packing. And the weather cooperated. Of course, I still have some boxes to unpack, but my business did not miss a beat, having sold 3 more houses the last 3 weeks.
We moved our main office to an office park near Weidman and Manchester Roads, at 301 Sovereign Ct, suite 119B, Manchester MO 63011. I continue to primarily serve West County, with a special focus on Manchester since I have lived there, and sold many homes there, for nearly 30 years.
We opened an additional branch near Lindbergh and 44 at 10777 Sunset Office Dr, suite 220, Sunset Hills MO 63127. This allows a closer hub to business inside and down 270, namely the Central Corridor and South County.
